The behind the scenes work is really impressive but (yes there is a but ) the UI is somehow confusing and overwhelmed by elements. I mean, at first glance I cannot really understand where I have to write the name of the document, where to put tags, what those lists do and why I have to select a MIME type (which is something 100% techie, not user focused). Please use some help from some UI expert before releasing it as stable, otherwise your great work could be damaged.

This is very interesting subject. Mayby someday we can get removed all Documents, Pictures and so on folders from users home and use metadata to search and show everything needed. Or mayby not

Congrats on finishing this GSOC in such a great way! I’m looking forward to further work on the GUI. You’ve come a long way already, and while I think there is still plenty of work to be done, I think it’s impressive what you have accomplished.
